Week 19 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season delivered another memorable night, with an ace, hot scoring, and the birdie pot saga continuing to keep everyone talking. In the Open division, Matt Rosier led the way with a strong -9 (57) to claim the victory and $18, holding off Chris Lachendro and Brendan Reed, who tied for second at -4 (62). David Lachendro captured the Advanced division with an impressive -8 (58), while Hank Lilienthal and Aaron Garcia battled to a tie for first in Intermediate after both carded -2 (64). In Recreational, Nick Richardson added another division win to his season with a +8 (74).

One of the biggest highlights of the night belonged to Peter Andrews, who aced Hole #15 to cash in $87 from the ace pot. Josh Dymun also picked up some extra cash, parking Hole #8 to win the CTP and take home $12.

The birdie pot added yet another twist. It was successfully hit for the sixth consecutive week, but for the fourth straight week, the player who completed it hadn't paid into the pot, allowing the payout to grow once again. With more money piling up each week, the chase for the birdie pot is becoming just as exciting as the race for the division titles.

Week 17 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season featured another competitive night as the race for league standings continues to heat up. In the Open division, Chris Lachendro led the way with a strong -7 (59) to earn the victory and $18, finishing ahead of Matt Rosier by two strokes. Jesse Kummer topped the Advanced division with a steady -3 (63) to claim first place, while the Intermediate division ended in a tie as Aaron Garcia and Hank Lilienthal both fired -3 (63) to share the win. In Recreational, Nick Richardson continued his consistent season, taking the division title with a +3 (69).

The birdie pot continues to be one of the biggest storylines of the season. For the fifth consecutive week, a player successfully completed the required birdies, but because they hadn't paid into the pot, the payout once again went unclaimed. With the jackpot continuing to grow week after week, it's becoming one of the most anticipated prizes in the league. Chris Lachendro capped off his winning night by parking his second shot on Hole #13 to claim the CTP and an extra $10.

No aces were hit this week, but with another strong field of winners, a birdie pot that keeps getting larger, and plenty of league points still up for grabs, Week 17 added another exciting chapter to the 2026 Deer Lakes League season.

Week 16 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season delivered another night of strong competition, highlighted by impressive winning scores and the continuing saga of the birdie pot. In the Open division, Chase Zimmerman put together a stellar -12 (54) to claim the victory and $18, holding off Matt Rosier, who finished second with a strong -8 (58). Reegan Hanley led the Advanced division with an excellent -10 (56) to secure first place, while Hank Lilienthal topped the Intermediate field with a sharp -9 (57). In Recreational, Jesse Knotts earned the division win with a +5 (71), and Savannah Filander captured the Recreational Women's division title.

The birdie pot story took another unbelievable turn this week. For the fourth consecutive week, someone successfully hit the birdie pot, but once again the player hadn't paid in, meaning the payout went unclaimed and the pot will continue to grow. With each passing week, the potential prize gets even bigger, adding more intrigue to the race for the next payout. Matthew Zimmerman added a highlight of his own by winning the Hole #15 CTP and taking home $11.

Week 15 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season featured another night of strong scoring and plenty of action across the divisions. In the Open division, Vinny Montanari returned to the top of the leaderboard with an impressive -13 (53) to claim the victory and $18. Sam Triest led the way in Advanced, carding a solid -4 (62) to earn first place. The Intermediate division belonged to Colter Ritsch, who put together a strong -7 (59) to secure the win, while Jeremy Leazier captured the Recreational division title with a +4 (70).

While no aces were hit this week, the birdie pot story took another interesting turn. For the third consecutive week, a player successfully hit the birdie pot, but because they hadn't paid in, the payout went unclaimed and the pot continues to grow. With more money on the line each week, the anticipation for the next winner is building fast. Jeff Amorose added a highlight of his own by parking his second shot on Hole #16 to win the CTP and take home $13.

Week 14 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season featured standout performances across the divisions, highlighted by a dominant showing in Open and an impressive repeat performance in the birdie pot. Matt Rosier led the way with one of the best rounds of the season, carving up the course for a -11 (55) to claim the Open division victory and $18. In Advanced, Josh Wertkin battled his way to the top spot with a -2 (64) to secure the win. The Intermediate division saw Hank Lilienthal put together an impressive -8 (58) to earn first place, while Nick Richardson continued his strong season by taking the Recreational division with a +1 (67).

While no aces were hit this week, Brett Say continued his hot streak by winning the birdie pot for the second week in a row. After cashing in last week, he did it again in the MA2 division by birdieing Holes #6, #9, and #15 to take home $53. Josh Dymun added another highlight to the evening, parking Hole #7 to win the CTP and collect $10.

Week 13 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season delivered plenty of excitement, featuring both an ace and the long-awaited birdie pot payout. In the Open division, Vinny Montanari put together one of the best rounds of the season, scorching the course for a -14 (52) to take the win and $18. Reegan Hanley led the Advanced division with a solid -7 (59), while Bryan Schultz topped the Intermediate field with a strong -6 (60). In Recreational, Quinlan Hanley earned the division victory with an impressive -4 (62).

The biggest moments of the night came away from the division races. Jesse Knotts aced Hole #2, cashing in the ace pot for $108 and providing the shot of the week. Meanwhile, after surviving week after week, the birdie pot finally fell as Brett Say birdied Holes #5, #6, and #13 to take home $120. Eric Lachendro added another highlight by winning the Hole #4 CTP for $9.

With an ace hit, the birdie pot finally claimed, and another round of great scoring across all divisions, Week 13 was one of the most memorable nights of the season so far.

The Memorial Day Doubles event wrapped up a great day of competition at Deer Lakes, with teams taking on a fun and challenging layout featuring a mix of the Red, White, and Blue tees. The combination of tee positions tested every part of players' games and produced some outstanding scores.

Leading the way was the team of Sam Triest and Zach Wasko, who put together a stellar -14 (52) to claim first place and $38. Finishing in second were Joe Bifulco and Matt Rosier, carding an impressive -12 (54) to earn $24. Rounding out the podium, Jai Singh and Brett Say fired a strong -11 (55) to take third place and $18.

The mixed-tee format provided a perfect way to cap off the Memorial Day festivities, giving players a chance to team up, attack the course from a variety of angles, and enjoy some friendly competition after league play.

Week 12 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season featured the annual Memorial Day Special, with players returning to the Blue tees for a unique challenge and a shakeup from the usual layout. The tougher setup made scoring a little harder to come by, but several players rose to the occasion. In the Open division, Micah Beideman navigated the long layout better than anyone, posting a -9 (57) to earn the win and $27. Sammy Cohan claimed the Advanced division title with a solid -2 (64), while Colter Ritsch topped the Intermediate field with a +1 (67) to secure first place. In Recreational, Jai Singh put together a strong round of +5 (71) to capture the division victory.

Despite the return to the Blue tees, no aces were hit and the birdie pot once again survived another week, continuing to build. Chris Lachendro added one of the highlights of the day by sticking his third shot on the par-5 Hole #9 to win the CTP and take home $20.

In the Open division, Chris Lachendro came out on top with a strong -9 (57) to secure the win and $22, narrowly holding off Micah Beideman and Vinny Montanari, who both finished just one stroke back at -8 (58). Jared Fechter continued his consistent play in Advanced, carding a sharp -8 (58) to earn another division victory. In Intermediate, Aaron Garcia put together an impressive -6 (60) to claim the win in one of the league’s deepest divisions. The Recreational division ended in a tie, with Jeremy Leazier and Nick Richardson both finishing at +10 (76) to share the top spot, while Bethany Melvin took the Recreational Women’s win. Week 6 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season kicked off a new chapter as players took on the White tees for the first time this year, and with perfect sunny, warm conditions, the stage was set for a tight and exciting night of competition. In the Open division, Matt Malcolm stepped up and delivered, carding a hot -7 (59) to grab the win and $22, just holding off Matt Rosier who stayed right on his heels at -6 (60). In Advanced, Sam Triest made a strong statement on the new layout, firing a crisp -8 (58) to take the top spot. The Intermediate division saw Wyatt Jagger rise above the pack with a steady -4 (62), showing he’s more than ready for the White tees. In Recreational, Nick Richardson kept his momentum rolling, battling through the new setup to secure another win with a +6 (72). No aces were hit and the birdie pot continues to build, but Rosier added some flair to the night by sticking Hole 8 for the CTP and cashing in $17.

Week 5 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season saw some of the lowest scores of the year, highlighted by an incredible performance at the top. In the Open division, Brendan Reed put together a phenomenal round of -16 (50) to run away with the win and $22, setting the pace for the entire field. In Advanced, Josh Wertkin continued his strong season with a sharp -12 (54) to claim first place. The Intermediate division was led by Nathan Black, who fired a solid -9 (57) to earn the win and $17. In Recreational, Nick Richardson delivered an impressive -8 (58) to take the victory, capping off a great night by also winning the Hole 12 CTP for $16. No aces were hit and the birdie pot remains unclaimed as the season rolls on.

Week 4 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season featured some of the best scoring of the year so far, with players taking advantage of the conditions and putting together standout rounds. In the Open division, Matt Rosier led the way with a scorching -15 (51) to claim the win and $22, just edging out Micah Beideman who followed closely at -14 (52). In Advanced, Bobby Regan put together a strong -11 (55) to secure first place. The Intermediate division saw an impressive debut from Clayton Homa, who made his first appearance of the season count by shooting -8 (58) to take the win and $15. In Recreational, Nick Richardson earned the victory with an even par 66, while Bethany Melvin took the top spot in the Recreational Women’s division. No aces were hit and the birdie pot remains unclaimed, but Homa added to his debut night by winning the CTP on Hole #1 with his second shot, taking home $16.

Week 3 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season turned into a true test of grit, as players battled through cold temperatures, whipping winds, and even snow—but that didn’t stop some incredible performances. In the Open division, Joshua Dymun braved the elements and absolutely caught fire, ripping off a blistering -12 (54) to claim the win and $18 in the tough conditions. In Advanced, Josh Wertkin powered through the weather with a strong -9 (57) to secure first place. The Intermediate division saw Bryan Schultz grind out a hard-earned -3 (63), a score that stood tall on a day where under par was anything but easy. In Recreational, Mike Piroch continued his hot start to the season, battling the conditions to earn another win with a -3 (63). Week 1 of the 2026 Deer Lakes League season is officially in the books, and the new season got off to a blazing start with some impressive early scores. In the Open division, Chris Lachendro set the tone for the year right away, firing a scorching -12 (54) to claim the first win of the season and $22. The Advanced division featured an immediate battle at the top, with Jared Fechter and Jesse Kummer both matching -12 (54) rounds to share the first-place finish and split the payout. The Intermediate division also opened the season with a tie at the top, as Molly Moore and Hank Lilienthal each carded strong -11 (55) rounds to take the Week 1 win. In Recreational, Mike Piroch kicked off his season in style, shooting -3 (63) to earn the division victory. No aces were hit and the birdie pot was not claimed in the season opener, so both will carry over to Week 2, while Matt Malcolm picked up the Hole 17 CTP for $17.
