$15 All-in (Entry, Ace pool, 50/50 Cash CTP, 4 prizes CTP's)

This Saturday 8/22 we will be playing 21 holes, we are adding 3 new holes to the course layout between hole #15 & #16. The 3 new holes are very technical and range from 280 feet to 350 feet, with a lot of chances to go OB, OB's are over any rope and in any corn field or bean field, and a drop zone will be provided, so shoot carefully or you will get frustrated, beware of the beans and corn, its very hard to find a disc in. This will be the first time these holes are in play from our private course for leagues and will only be open for those people playing in this league. We will also be adding an optional $5 (50/50) CTP which will be on Hole C, 50% cash payout to the winner. This will be additional to our regular 4 CTP's

Saturday's 1:00pm and 4:00pm 4/5/15 - 10/31/15
$10 All-in ($5 Entry, $1 Ace & $4 Ctp's)
Check-in from 12:45pm till 1:00pm and 3:45pm till 4:00pm
It will be a random draw for partners.
NEW THIS YEAR!
•$20 yearly membership fee. Good for both rounds.
Non-members can only take 25% of the Ace pool.
Membership benefits:
• Members will receive a membership packet of swag and other items.
• Point series for a Berth to Michigan State Championships in Ludington, MI. September 5-6, 2015
• 50% of the Ace pool
State Berths will be awarded to the point leader of the 1st and the 2nd round and the combined leader of both, the last day for berths points will be July 25th. CTP points and ACE points will be added into combined rounds only. If the berth winner can't attend or has a berth already, the berth will go to the next eligible person in line.
Membership money will be used for our end of year party and awards.
1st and 2nd place finishers for 1st round and 2nd round and combined rounds winner will receive an award and a CASH pay-out. Only paid members will be allowed to play for and be eligible for the State Berths.

ALL NEW THIS YEAR
PRO DIVISION
Winner takes all division (minimum of 4 players to run.)
This division will play long tees and they can play for the rounds Ctp's and Ace pool. No points acclimated.

TWO CALI'S
When a 6 player card can't be avoided we will require 2 cali's to speed up play. Cali’s are not required to pay an extra $5, but will be playing a singles round. If Cali’s pay the extra $5 they can throw ONE extra throw per hole.

WALK OFF/FIGHTING RULE
If a player walks off due to excessive use of alcohol or fights with other player he/she will be suspended from playing on this league (both rounds) for 2 weeks.

BOTH SHOTS RULE
Each team has the option to split their shots, both lies are in play, if a player likes his/her lie better than the other they can each throw from either lie or choose to both throw from the same lie.

To keep this a fun league, we will not tolerate bad attitudes or bad sportsmanship, if you demonstrate either one of these in this league you will be told not to come back. We are all here to have fun and want everyone to enjoy the game. All kids and skill levels welcome.

This year our clubs inaugural year we had 21 official members and had the opportunity to award berths to our members for States in Ludington. Which were awarded to our points leaders in the end of July. Dustin St.Aubin, Ben Ballard, Dee Rose, who all got to experience the awesomeness of going to States!

Guess everyone will have to come out this Saturday for 2 rounds (last chance for 2nd round ace pool) and October 25th for our year end potluck dinner and one round of 18 and a lighting round of 9 holes to find out! After some dicussion, we are going to have 18 holes of CTP's, 1st round for $10 ALL-IN. 2nd round will be 9 hole scrambler (draw for partners and draw for starting holes), with combined Ace Pools (1st and 2nd rounds totally around $450+) and a Jumbo Toss, which will include many added awards, $10 ALL-IN. If you want to opt out of the Jumbo toss, the 9 hole scrambler with both Ace pool will be $7. You must play in the scrambler to play in the Jumbo Toss. All awards will be awarded after the scrambler. I encourage everyone to stay for both rounds and join in the fun and help us celebrate another great season of Saturday Vienna Dubs. Peace

I'm very sorry we were unable to have our pig roast, like we wanted, hopefully we can pull if off next year. First off, thank you all for braving the weather and trying to play the round. With the torrential sideways downpours, 60 mph winds and trees braking and falling all around us, made it a little hard to play golf. After the field of 27 players all took shelter and were soaked to the bone, the round had to be cancelled and everyone's entry fee returned. Those of us who stuck in there (only 12) and waited out the storms finally did get to play some golf. Teeing off shortly after seven o'clock, and nearly finishing in the dark around nine. I also want to thank Lisa Hartman for offering her leagues ace pool a cool $240. What a day, thank you all for coming out and playing with us.

We have decided to pay out more of the field and add cash CTP's for those people who do not cash, depending on the number of players. We are trying to keep this a fun filled event for all. We will continue to have 4 CTP's prizes every round, optional buy-in. If anyone has any suggestions, please speak to Tara or Tim. We are always open to new ideas.

It was such a nice day we decided to play a 3rd round - Tim & Dustin St. Aubin and Dave Lassen & Donnie Gentry ended up tied after 17 holes with a -7 each, so we went into a play-off and played hole 1-4 and then played hole 13, since it was very dark after the first 4 holes, with a little light on #13 basket, Dave sunk his putt to seal the win as the clock struck 10. Please keep a look out for these creeps, I'm sure they will strike again if possible. We will be bringing in one of our own baskets to make up for this stolen one and will most likely put it in a alternate position.

Tomorrow's CTP awards will be a HUGE 68" golf umbrella, Smoked Artisan Style Turkey Jerky and Buzz & Discraft Decal stickers. Don't forget we will be following a whole new payout chart, which does include cash CTP's, depending on the number of players and pays out half the field in most cases. We will also be adding special competitions at the end of our 2nd round, which is for the people who played in the first or 2nd round only. Some of the after round activities will include Longest Drive, Longest Putt, Blind Putt and Cash CTP. Sounds like fun to me :)
