Great throwing finally with you guys today at Cascade! Lee, your the man no matter what anyone says. You even stopped before you started the second round and left so you could join your fam. True hero. Rafa, your putting is getting to the point that I might need to take lessons from you (I only pay cash upfront...or PayPal :) Herb, your thumber puts me to shame and I can't go on sayin' that I am a tomahawker when you throw like you do. Marshall, don't show up with your xcal on Sat ... more

Ha! Thanks for the invite and I missed giving you the autographed disc from the Tourney (and we signed it on the wrong side :) I will be in Keizer at a friends house for New Years (and I enjoy disc golf but not the leaf :) Thanks though! I'll hit you up when I am in Portland so you can show me Pier or Blue Lake since I've never thrown either.

Joe Winn   January 6, 2013 at 5:50am

Afterwards, you can stop by the World Famous Cannabis Cafe(; Monday through Saturday after 6 p.m. ask for Joe at the door.

Rick Saffeels    December 16, 2012 at 11:42pm

Great turnout! 53 guys showed up to a no name course! If anyone wants to come play one round that didn't get to play, or would like to play one more round, were taking down baskets tomorrow, so come before 10am. Call me if you're showing up! :)

Thanks Bro! Had a blast! Was hoping to do better then we did. But that's because the layout was TOUGH!! I think you should squeeze a couple holes in the woods between today's holes 4&5. Lucked out with the weather and didn't get too wet but it was cold!! Excellent job overall!!!

Dallas Trower    December 15, 2012 at 9:56pm

great job on the tourney man it was a BLAST. a super fun and tuff layout. you did a great job for your first tourney. I have played in multiple pdga tourneys that were no where near as good as yours. I really hope we can find my gator on hole 3. it was right of the chains and may have went down the hill a little bit. and i grabbed my basket on the way out so i have it back. Thanks for everything. you are the new man forsure.

Hey if you want to review the course as a "future" course, like Kyle Groff did, that would be great! Did you ever find your pink disc? What part of the bushed do you remember?

The "Herb"    December 13, 2012 at 10:46pm

oh no worries Rick, I took care of Elegant Catering for us. I hope the donation of $400 cash for a PERMANENT basket at CANYONVIEW is sufficient. If you dont ask, ya dont get right?!

Rick Saffeels   December 13, 2012 at 11:46pm

Sweet!! Wow so cool! Tell him he can come out and pick the hole that he wants anytime he is free!!!

The "Herb"   December 13, 2012 at 11:54pm

just got off the phone with Elegant Catering. I know it's crazy but he has asked me to make that decision for him... I'm thinking hole #1?! ELEGANT CATERING has officially reserved hole #1, is that fair Rick? EVERYONE, dont hesitate to use who ya know.

Rick Saffeels   December 13, 2012 at 11:56pm

Sure! I'll let the kitchen know! As long as you do some volunteer work like raking a leaf or two! Thanks!

Mr CLEAN   December 13, 2012 at 11:20am

i may just come up with baskets and herb, and im always down for course improvement...if i feel the movement.

Thomas "T" D.    December 11, 2012 at 8:34pm

Hows Thursday at say...Cascades Gateway for a round of golf and I'll leave my basket with you, Rick. Its a portable break-down basket so it doesnt take a lot of room. Let me know if that works for you.
