As noted here, on www.Discgolfscene and www.Discgolfersr.us and www.a3disc.org $3 per player was to be taken for expenses and or dot fillers.

A3 as a rule doesn't use this site, the only person I believe who has posted scores here is me. I have no idea how to post ace race results here so how could I post them??? Brooke Plantz may have posted scores here in the past as well?

A3 is not in this business to lose money so yes we made a profit on the event! $60 - $80 profit none of that ... more

OH! I just figured it out. A 2010 Metropark Annual Pass costs $25 now. Which staff member got the sticker? That's not a bad volunteer perk....

that is interesting, joe. from the a3 site's main page-
"Hudson Mills will not be charging Park Entry fees On Thursday or Friday the 26th and 27th. But they will still be charging the Disc Golf Pay to Play fees of $2.00 per day. "
i did not see anyone at the gate.

Why did staff need to pay park entry fees? I thought the day after Thanksgiving the park is free to all users with the eception of the p2p tags. Did the park change this policy? thanks in advance!

I think the comment on posting score was in reference to the Ace Race and that there are no formal or standard scores to post like other tournaments

william, when you say 'this site' do you mean 'discgolfscene', and when you say 'we', do you mean 'you'?

surely you don't mean a3. a3 has made use of this site to post scores from a number of tournaments including the birthday classic, the gordy matthews memorial, the summer solstice, and dglo.

either way, i would say not taking advantage of this site to post scores is a mistake. i know the players very much appreciate having scores posted on disc golf scene.

a3 took $258 from the players to cover costs of $181. not bad.

For all who want to know or need to know and for the sake of disclosure.
As advertised here, on disgolfersr.us, on our site and via emails A3 took $3 from every entry to cover dots and tournament expenses.
with 52 dots being won A3 added 15 dots to the dot pot.
we had 2 used discs left after prizes no value as they are used and can't be resold.
7 people took dots they were not entitled to.
We had cash expenses of $14 who got P2P passes and didn't pay for them
We paid for P2P for ... more

Chris we don't use this site to post scores.
And What scores for an Ace Race?
I sent out emails to anyone on our email list with the results for the event the day after the event.

Chris, it's an ace race. I don't think scores will ever be posted.. Drink some OG and chill dude. :)

By the way. I had a b-last out there. Thanks for running this event y'all. Maybe next time we can draw numbers before the round starts to determine the dot pot draw order? I don't know, just a suggestion to make it run a little bit smoother at the end. I liked how you could 'bribe' your way into a good group.

Why can't A3 get tourny scores up any sooner? It takes to long to get scores posted. Whats the hold up with A3?

Please donations for the Dot Pot are going to be even more important this year with smaller entry fees less gear will be put in the dot pot from A3 as only $3 goes to the dot pot prize fund.
If you can help please do so.
Sorry Brooke i called discraft today and they told me they had a box already set up for Ace Race so i went and picked it up. didn't know you had called and made this arrangement.
