Scott, it's not the parks being fussy about MBD in particular, it's their overall rules and regulations and requirements for all of the parks. They have no issues with people "using" the parks, but feel a need to closely manage organized events in parks. For example: I'm going crazy trying to get permission to have a mobile Throw Shop that visits MBD and Bandemer. I mean people already sell from trunks and there is a definite need with the closest store 15 miles away. But frankly don't see any way they're going to let me do it.
My contact for parks planning is Amy Kuras, but she's on vacation and has nothing to do, anyway, with the management of the parks - just planning and developjng new parks and things in parks.
