Whats going on?:



- Food, BEER, Live Music…DISC GOLF!!





- The Bite and Brew has been around for a while setting up shop at the Riverfront every summer with the best food venues, beer venues and live entertainment. This year is a little bit different:





For the first time ever, the Bite will have DISC GOLF!!





- Locals Route Disc Golf will have a booth set up promoting the great game of DISC GOLF as well as my new business!!! :) Come check out the great DG merch Ive got for sale too…SWEET stuff for sure!!





- Chances to win awesome prizes and bang chains while doin it :) Cant beat that!





- There will be putting lessons for those who are new to the game or just don’t know how to putt !! :)



All are welcome to come hang out and bang putts and promote/support our great game of DISC GOLF!! (See flyer for putting lesson times)





- There will be a long putt challenge to win prizes and get entered to win a LOCALS ROUTE GRAND PRIZE. (To Be Determined - EPIC)

ATTENTION EVERYONE!! – I have officially opened up my own business and clothing line called “LOCALS ROUTE DISC GOLF” I will be selling anything from custom shirts to hats to Beer Mugs, and everything in between, plus much, much more. The name says it all. super random doubles. gonna have 2 divisions. general and advanced. everyone will randomly get teamed up. ill write names down and put into a hat as people buy in or do card draw. either way it will be 100% random. the best part of this tourney is there will be ZERO O.B. yes that's right no O.B. at all. gonna be 27 holes played consecutively. so your gonna play the full normal 18 holes on the course and then just the back 9 again. so after your done playing your first 18 holes you will go straight to hole 10 and play 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18. this makes it 27 holes and adds some fun. sign ups start at 9 and tee off at 10. hit me up if you have any questions. check DGS tournament page for more details!

Oh yes gonna bring in the new year with something crazy. 4 headed monster at Dallas city park. what is that you say? well its like a 3 headed monster but with a 4th. so this is gonna be a 20 hole layout. normal 18 with some twists and 2 added temp holes. so your still wondering what this 4headed monster is??? well its simple. each player has to use 5 of their drives. once a player has used all 5 of their drives they are no longer allowed to drive but can continue to putt and approach. so you step up to your first hole you all have 5 drives remaining. all 4 of you drive and you play partner 3's drive. only partner 1,2,4 can putt and approach that hole. so if you take your drive your done throwing that hole. this format prevents teams from having 1,2 people drive every hole and have the other partners piggy back. this forces all 4 partners to work as a team and decide whats best for the team each hole. oh ya did I forget to say this is 2 ROUNDS. oh yes 2 rounds on the 20 hole layout with all sorts of crazy OB that will drive you insane. $15 per person so $60 a team for open. if you want to play intermediate then its $40 a team or $10 a person. THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE CASH CTP'S. AS WELL AS SOME FAT PAYOUTS TO THE WINNING TEAMS!!! Get together your team and get to Dallas January 19th.

Just getting back from Adair and good fun round. Also with big thanks out to Lee for driving and trailer we were able to pick up the two framed tee pads that we knew were for us. I had pleasant surprise 1/2 way or so thru my round when Jay Sexton met up with me to inform me we could also have 4 rolled up rubber pads and stakes to go with. This was a very pleasant surprise and we now have 6 rubber pads for CanyonView course till permanent ones get in. Big shout out to Willamette DGC, Lee for his help today to get it done, to those that helped us load them, and to all others who did offer assistance of some kind. Project done, check another one off the list by PacWest and friends.

Wednesday August 14th 6pm Wheatland DGC at Willamette Mission State Park. Meet at the filbert orchard parking area. We will have hot dogs, chips and water at 5pm. Get their early at 5pm because PacWest Carnival Toss will be in place, so bring a few bucks to try your luck at some skill shots to win some prizes!

The Mid Valley Fools Day Open will be our first monthly event on April 1st at High Noon(12:00p.m.) at Dave Heiders private course. This will be a singles event. 2 rounds of 12 holes. Minor break between rounds. Bring refreshments. We will be starting a $1.00 rolling ace pot. $10.00 maximum entry fee(may be less depending on divisions) which includes $1.00 ace pot and $1.00 green fees for course improvment.
