I’m curious as to why the tee times are so split up and not sorted by division… I’ve never seen anything done quite like this. Seems extremely odd to me.

PDGA Rule 1.06… amateurs and pros shouldn’t be carded together and divisions should be sorted together as much as practical. FPO/MP60 are four player divisions being split into three separate cards. Apologies if I’m coming off rude or ungrateful, just seems very against the grain to have all been sorted like this.

Curious as well, I have a friend playing in the same division and was hoping to car pool but I am on a card with no one in my division and play an hour later. It's strange, usually divisions tee off in groups within 10-15 min of each other.

We are accommodating to the players preferred tee time selected at registration and then group by division. We will take a second look at groups and make proper adjustments.

There is no option in rules 1.06 for players to pick their tee time. They need to be resorted entirely.

Thanks for the clarification Curtis. I forgot that selecting a tee time was an option so that makes more sense now. I would prefer to play with my peers though, which might also make car pooling an option. Would that be possible?

I would have to agree with Calvin on this one. Seems unnecessarily messy and hard to believe that preventable backups won’t occur bc of this decisions. Since when do B tiers have preferred tee time options w mixed divisions?
