UPDATE REGARDING PAYOUTS

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while these issues have been worked on. While my IT Team is still working on the issues with discount codes and checking out, we have made some changes to the payouts to allow you to redeem them.

At this time, please feel free to use your payouts. You can use any of the checkout options, including Proceed to Checkout, PayPal or Venmo.

With the changes my website provider has made, your order value must meet or exceed the value of your payout. For example, if your payout was for $50 your order value must be at least $50. If your order does not meet the Discount Code value, the Discount Code will not be applied to your Shopping Cart.

Your payouts are still restricted to the following items:

With the Patriot being a MDGO Discraft Feature Event, your payouts may only be redeemed in the products listed below. If your order is submitted with anything besides what is outlined below, your order will be canceled and you will need to re-submit it. Any product included on a canceled ordered will be released and need to be re-purchased.

- Discraft Branded Products (Discs, Apparel, Bags and Accessories)
- Disc Baron Branded Product (This excludes any Disc Baron stamps on any brands besides Discraft)
- Zuca or Rovic Products and Accessories (Due to supply limitations, Zuca Carts are currently only available in store)
- Non Manufacturer Branded Accessories
- I Dye Poly, Pro Chem Dye, Vinyls, etc

We will be manually reviewing and policing this policy as the built in settings restricting products was causing the issue at checkout. Should any orders be submitted without the minimum value of Discraft being redeemed, we will have no other option but to cancel your puorderrchase and you will need to resubmit your order.

Just a quick update for any players trying to redeem a payout from Disc Baron. There is an issue on our website that we are aware of and that our IT Team is actively working to get corrected that affects the Coupon Codes we issue for payouts and the checkout process when redeeming these Coupon Codes.

We hope to have this issue corrected ASAP.

I know several players were able to redeem their payouts without issue by using the PayPal or Venmo checkout options. If you are having troubles or have yet to redeem yours, feel free to use these options. Please be sure to double check before processing your order that the coupon code was properly applied to your order.

AT THIS TIME, DO NOT USE THE 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' OPTION TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. The system is stripping the Coupon Code at the time of checkout when using this option and the system will not allow you to re-add the Coupon Code at the time of checkout.

I will touch base once the issue has been resolved. Please feel free to contact me directly via DGS messages should you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for registering to play in Disc Baron Series: The Patriot Sponsored by Discraft. We are a proud member of the Disc Baron Series. I would like to thank both companies for their continued support of this event and events across Michigan. Thanks to Hunt’s Hideaway for having us back for a 4th year. Lastly, thank you to you all for your continued patronage.


Please do not park beyond the line of flags down by Tee #1.

All amateur payouts will be going through Disc Baron’s online store. If you are in a cashing spot at the end of the event, you will receive an email from Disc Baron via the email that was used during registration on Disc Golf Scene. This email will contain your payout amount and your coupon code. All prices including shipping.

THERE IS A MANDATORY CHECK IN FOR THIS EVENT. Check in from 7:45am to 8:30am. Tee time is at 8:55am.

There will be a one hour lunch break between rounds following the last card to finish.

There will be water on the course in 2 locations. Please do not consider this your sole source for water/drinks for the day. This is merely for convenience while on the course and be mindful of proper hydration throughout the day as you play.

We are using PDGA Live Scoring for this event either through the PDGA Scoring App or the website, www.pdga.com/score. The scoring password is discbaron1. Live scoring has all of the OB loaded into it. There are also hard copy scorecards available upon request but live scoring is the official scoring for the event.

COURSE LOCATION: 9306 E. Dodge Rd Otisville, MI 48463. If GPS says turn on Patrica Drive do not do that. Continue to Dodge rd. There is a mini basket on top of mailbox. Please obey the speed limit as you are coming down the drive way!! There is construction on M-15 south of the course so plan accordingly.

After registration closes, within 1-2 hours, we will have all of the hole assignments posted. You will be able to see them at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/66943. You will still need to come and check in.

All cash payouts, Pro Players, 50/50 winner, and Ace Pool will be made via PayPal within a few hours of the event ending.

Player packages and if you purchased a Disc Baron Series shirt or discs, please get them between Round 1 & 2 or following Round 2. They are being delivered from Disc Baron and they will not be there in the morning during check in.

If you are still on the waitlist after registration closes, you will receive a full refund tonight after registration closes.


House Rules: DO NOT ENTER ANY BODY OF WATER TO RETREIVE A DISC. The Hunts do a good job of recovering disc and getting with people to get their discs back to them. DO NOT CROSS ANY FENCE TO RECOVER A DISC. If you throw a disc over a fence, report it at HQ and we will work to get your disc back to you (it may not be today). If you encounter any neighbors, be courteous. Please do not litter. No speeding on the entrance road. Failure to observe these rules may result in a DQ from the event and being banned from the course.

Disc Baron has placed an Ace Bounty on Hole 5. All players that enter this side game must record their drive on Hole 5. Any and all aces will result in a Disc Baton $250 Credit on their online store. $2 to enter.

If you want to add this or any side game, you can click on REGISTERED PLAYERS above and then select EDIT. It will allow you to add anything that was an option in registration.
