Just a quick update for any players trying to redeem a payout from Disc Baron. There is an issue on our website that we are aware of and that our IT Team is actively working to get corrected that affects the Coupon Codes we issue for payouts and the checkout process when redeeming these Coupon Codes.
We hope to have this issue corrected ASAP.
I know several players were able to redeem their payouts without issue by using the PayPal or Venmo checkout options. If you are having troubles or have yet to redeem yours, feel free to use these options. Please be sure to double check before processing your order that the coupon code was properly applied to your order.
AT THIS TIME, DO NOT USE THE 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' OPTION TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. The system is stripping the Coupon Code at the time of checkout when using this option and the system will not allow you to re-add the Coupon Code at the time of checkout.
