Welcome to the Centennial Chain Crash 2020 presented by Grip Equipment!

TEE TIMES have been posted. You can find your tee time at the PDGA event page here:

https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/47264

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your tee time. I would actually recommend 45-60 minutes as you would for a normal tournament. There should be a practice basket available, next to Tournament Central, but little to no room to warm up. PLEASE DO NOT WARM UP ON 12'S FAIRWAY. You ... more

Tee times are posted. Please check in at the large shelter next to Tee 3/7/15 and the playground. We will be starting at Hole 3, *NOT* Hole 1.
I would recommend you check in 20-30 minutes before your tee time.

After 11/28/20? Not that I know of. There is a good possibility this one will expand to allow more players. Hope to know either today, Friday 11/20 or Monday, 11/23

To be able to play?

Rob Martin   November 19, 2020 at 1:09pm

Gavin, I can't guarantee anything. The sooner you sign up, the greater the likelihood you'll get in. The longer you wait to sign up, the less the likelihood you'll get in.

Rob Martin   November 20, 2020 at 11:26pm

the field has been opened up to 100 players

Rob Martin    November 17, 2020 at 10:08pm

Earlier I emailed that due to a tightening of the Douglas County COVID restrictions that we would be moving to one round on tee times. That is still the plan, one round only on tee times.

To give better value to players due to only one round, I am decreasing the entry fees.

Division / Original / Modified
PRO, $54 down to $30 ($4 goes to fees/expenses)
ADVANCE $45 down to $30
INTERMEDIATE $40 to $30
RECREATIONAL $32 to $22

$54 for Pros for one round is just too steep, ... more

Good morning,

I was informed by the City of Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department that for now we can still hold the event but need to modify the format to ensure that we do not have any more than 15 people together at one time.

As of this time, we will be moving to a tee time format of groups of 3 or 4 players at a time with a minimum of 12 minute intervals.  This will keep any large gathering to less than 15 people.  I will also require that when you are in t ... more

Mark, I've thought about that the last few days anticipating the city was going to tell me this. Right now the course is set pretty short thinking we would do two rounds and need a short field to get both rounds done in the daylight available. At the very least we would extend some holes. I'm also have a few other ideas that I'm not quite to the point of telling people, but I'm working on it.

Mark - either way, I'll communicate what's going on before the deadline hits to withdraw without penalty.

Thanks, Rob

After consulting with the Lawrence Parks Department, this tournament will be capped at 72 players. It will not expand to 90 even if the weather permits like we've done in the past. The waitlist is capped at 5 people; we're currently at 10 so no additional people will be added to waitlist until it drops below 5.
