Big thank you to A3 team and to especially mention Mica and Jessica TDs for hosting the event and all your hard work. It was wonderful- thank you for lunch and all the little added things as the jumbo toss and ctps. You made it a special event for the ladies and included the caddys too. As always it was a good time. First i would like to thank you all for the support in this event.

A3 after request from the TD Mika Perez and Co-TD Jessica Ferris that the $10 fee be waived for day of, a policy which has been a club policy for just short of decade for all sanctioned events, and has become common for most clubs and events, we have voted unanimously to waive the fee.

A3 in order to continue to support the women in this event have decided to waive day of $10 fee entirely, my apologies for the response time it is hard to get a vote together over a tournament weekend that many of our members were either playing or helping host an event this weekend.

I also want to let players know A3 commitment to this event was established when the tournament was posted there, the $500 added cash is donated by A3 for this event, we are doing our best to support what we think is the best thing for this sport, womens involvement in community.

The player pack items are still arriving this week bringing our clubs total investment into the event to well over $1500 to make this event something really special for all of you.

We posted all of the event info months ago in hope the fees and cost would be well understood long before the week leading to the event. I am sorry if there was any confusion but i am excited to have you all there and look forward to this great event.

any way of waiving the $10 fee?? I think it's kinda crazy. Only a b tier, and charging a $10 additional fee for not regging at least a week in advance? Going to discourage girls from playing at this point. My issue is that I had fraud on my card and it was locked out. I now have it up and running again, but really debating playing with this $10 fee. I could understand fees like this at an A tier or NT, when there is more planning to be done, but at a B tier, where the whole point is to ENCOURAGE more women to play... it's discouraging.
