What time will MP40 start teeing off? Roughly.

This is the plan for MP40 which is part of Pool A. This is the plan (I don't have further specifics yet): Fri. - Gold 8am - 2:30pm | Sat.- Blue 7am - 1pm, | Sun - Gold 8am - 2:30pm

Hi, I signed up for both MA60 and MA4 (accidentally) but want to play in MA60.

Please pull the MA4 registration and refund that entry fee.

Thanks.

Getting an error: The registration schedule does not allow registration at this time.

Graeme Barber   March 13 at 1:02am

Same. Admin error?

Kayak Point   March 13 at 1:02am

Try now

Kayak Point   March 13 at 1:04am

Should be corrected now. The early registration settings for PackEx Cup players was causing the error.

Will there be a wait list activated?
Also, did you cap pre registration by division or by am/pro field?

Kayak Point   March 13 at 1:00am

Yes on waitlist. Pre-registration was capped by division.

Matt Davis   March 13 at 1:10am

Made it, Thanks!

Out of curiosity, isn't this event usually an A-tier? What makes it a B-Tier this year?

KPO was an A-Tier last year in 2023. While we applied for A-Tier status in 2024, we were denied and didn't get any reasons despite repeated follow up with the PDGA. Our best guess is that it's due to us running the event in-house this year for the first time (another TD ran it previous years). So, it will be a B-Tier this year, just like in 2022. We hope to regain A-Tier status in the future.

How mysterious!

Nate Wallen   March 13 at 3:07pm

That's weird. Thanks for the update. Looking forward to it!

I messed up and signed up for MP40 instead of MA40. All spots are full for early sign ups so will I have to get reimbursed so I can sign up when gen reg starts?

Kayak Point   March 2 at 3:33am

We'll issue the refund immediately. Twice as many spots will be available for MA40 when general registration opens on March 12th at 6pm. We'd just add you in, but want to keep some spots open for often under-represented divisions too, while also following all PDGA guidelines.

Justin Dam   March 2 at 3:40am

Totally understand. Thanks.

Jake Ronhaar    March 2 at 2:49am

When does general registration open?

Kayak Point   March 2 at 3:10am

March 12th at 6pm. 100% of spots will be made available then, which will also be twice as many spots per division (PDGA rules).
