Two round two day B-tier. One round per day at Black Hoof 18 and Gardner DGC.
Each round will be on tee times. More details to follow.

EDIT 9/14 before registration opened. We plan on using Black Hoof and Gardner. There is a possibility that one of these course may change, or that we add an additional course. This is the first time we've done an earned free entry into this event so we are learning new things as it goes along.

We have added a third course and will split into two pools. Give me until Monday, 9/22 to adjust the waitlists and then we'll open registration up for more players

Fees deducted from entry fees:
$6 / player green fees
$4 / player PDGA fee
$1 / player Maverick Series fee
$1/player Gardner DGC portable restroom. Updated 11/6

Refund policy

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds PRIOR to October 9th will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from October 9 to October 26 11:59 PM will receive refunds less an $10 handling fee. Refund requests from October 27 to November 4 will receive a full refund (less $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled by a player on the waitlist. If their spot is not filled they will receive the player pack instead of a refund. No refunds will be issued after November 4 2025. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. This refund policy is more lenient than allowed by the PDGA competion rules manual.

Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the PayPal and dgscene fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the PP and DGScene fees. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above paragraph applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you will be removed and refunded, less the PP and DGS fees.
