So now you've heard of disc golf. You've probably even played a round or two with some friends and now you're hooked! You always hear people talking about tournaments but you've never played in one because you don't know how. Well this tournament is for you!

The Basket Cases DGC welcomes any and all beginners to play in this fun, stress-free, learning opportunity!

Show up to SMASH Park between 9am and 10am on the day of the tournament.

FULL CLINIC HAS BEEN CANCELED, BUT:
After registration there will be an overview of basic shots using a driver, midrange, and putter. The overview will touch on technique, grip, and different shots to take.

The players meeting will consist of thanking sponsors and a rundown of rules. We will provide you with a sheet of rules to take with you on the course so you can familiarize yourself with them for future tournaments.

The tournament will consist of two rounds of the front 8 holes with an alternate hole using the practice basket. There will be a half-hour break in between rounds.

Junior Divisions ages 15 and under will play from short tees indicated by flags.

All children in the Junior divisions ages 12 and under will need one adult per card of kids, more adults are welcome, but there needs to be at least one.
