The Glass Blown Open is a professional-amateur A-Tier disc golf tournament. This three-day, three-round event is a True Amateur tournament, meaning it's a trophy only for amateur divisions. However, we offer bonus payouts to top finishers, provide a high-value player pack, distribute additional prizes, and plan off-course fun!

REGISTRATION NUMBERS We will adjust pool sizes on the 1st of every month leading up to the event. If a division is not filled, we will remove spots and add them to a filled division. A division must have at least three people to receive 2nd- and 3rd-place trophies.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
1. Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
2. Player packs will not be received if you cannot check in. ID required.
3. Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
4. Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
5. Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
6. ​Competitors must make official withdrawals to [email redacted] or submit them through Disc Golf Scene​ using the "withdraw" option. Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene comment section and inbox is insufficient for withdrawal. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director​ or Assistant Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Cancellations made on or before May 2​2 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made from May 2​3 to June 1​2 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD can provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost). ​Professional ​players requesting a withdrawal during this period will receive a 50% monetary refund​ of their registration fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event on or after June 13 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD can provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR the ​p​layer pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).​ Professional ​players requesting a withdrawal on or after June will receive ​2​5% monetary refund​ of their registration fee.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play or withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the close of registration and the published end-of-waitlist replacements but more than 48 hours before the start of play, that player ​will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
