HLoC will proceed tomorrow, and likely next Sunday to finish the season (pending any government restrictions...but I believe we can still play under shelter in place laws from what I read? Stay tuned as I will update if needed). Play will proceed under these guidelines:
No exchanges of money or contact associated to play.
No CTPs or scorecards.
Players may not touch other players discs.
Ensure we follow proper social distancing guidelines given by the CDC and local government.
Other league based items:
All remaining CTPs will be given to members at random. There are 20 CTPs remaining and there are 20 members. The drawing will take place tomorrow, need not be present to win.
Each member will receive a $10 stimulus package, money that was set aside for finals added cash.
Once the $200 is paid out, there is $77 left over which includes member ace pool. $1 dollar will be put toward the ace pool for each player. If no one hits an ace for the rest of the season, remaining money will go toward finals payouts.
I will keep a register of all "virtual" money coming in and out. At the end of the season, players can receive their money either by paypal or I can hold on to their funds until it is safe disburse.
Teams will be chosen at random using a non-contact method.
Play on 3/22 will be 18 holes of One Disc Only - you may choose your disc.
Examples: #1 Jonny Frolfer starts with his $10 credit and plays the remaining 2 weeks and does not cash. He will be owed $0 at the end of the season.
#2 Bobby Discer starts with his $10 credit, wins $5 on Sunday and another $15 the next week. Bobby will be paid out $20 dollars at the end of the season.
#3 Paige Fierce starts with her $10 credit and decides to stay home each week. She will receive her $10 credit at the end of the season.
