Hello everyone. Given the governmental stay at home policy, we are canceling the remaining day of league. We have split all remaining added cash among members. I will follow up with everyone about their winnings (to be paid out via paypal).

Congratulations to Lightning John on his HLoC win! He is the proud new owner of a sexy pink winter hat that not many have the privilege of owning. We also have the privilege of handing out 2 Am State Finals Berths which will be handed out once we understand the classification of the finalists (berths will move down as we have several pros near the top). Stay tuned on that.

Thanks again for a memorable season everyone! I'm sorry it was cut short but it never fails to make the winter season more enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to thank Ivan Marston for the work he did obtaining CTP sponsorships! I'm grateful for his efforts as it helped make 2020 the most profitable year for guest and members. Stay tuned for updates to the 2021 season.

HLoC will proceed tomorrow, and likely next Sunday to finish the season (pending any government restrictions...but I believe we can still play under shelter in place laws from what I read? Stay tuned as I will update if needed). Play will proceed under these guidelines:

No exchanges of money or contact associated to play.
No CTPs or scorecards.
Players may not touch other players discs.
Ensure we follow proper social distancing guidelines given by the CDC and local government.

Other league based items:

All remaining CTPs will be given to members at random. There are 20 CTPs remaining and there are 20 members. The drawing will take place tomorrow, need not be present to win.
Each member will receive a $10 stimulus package, money that was set aside for finals added cash.
Once the $200 is paid out, there is $77 left over which includes member ace pool. $1 dollar will be put toward the ace pool for each player. If no one hits an ace for the rest of the season, remaining money will go toward finals payouts.
I will keep a register of all "virtual" money coming in and out. At the end of the season, players can receive their money either by paypal or I can hold on to their funds until it is safe disburse.
Teams will be chosen at random using a non-contact method.
Play on 3/22 will be 18 holes of One Disc Only - you may choose your disc.

Examples: #1 Jonny Frolfer starts with his $10 credit and plays the remaining 2 weeks and does not cash. He will be owed $0 at the end of the season.
#2 Bobby Discer starts with his $10 credit, wins $5 on Sunday and another $15 the next week. Bobby will be paid out $20 dollars at the end of the season.
#3 Paige Fierce starts with her $10 credit and decides to stay home each week. She will receive her $10 credit at the end of the season.

The counter-clockwise alternates were fun to play but it's clear that 4 fellas had the most fun. Ian and Scott teamed up again but this time, they meant business by ensuring they set a course record that will be tough to beat, -22 on 24 holes! Meanwhile, Brent aced hole #2 and Travis aced hole #8 to dash up the leaderboard. The ace gives Travis a 2 point lead over Ian while Brent moves up to #5.

1st round of the year with some snow added enough challenge to keep scores from getting too hot. Lightning, Travis, Brad, and Todd came out on top winning week 2 with a pair of -16. Ace pool is up to $31. Next week is the first wacky week where we'll be playing with 1 disc. Guests in week 3 will either have to purchase a league disc or rent one for the day.
