Tonight will feature our first installment of the Awesome Days of...July, August, Summer? Whatever the name, it's the return of the fun previously known as Awesome Days of August. The full schedule will be announced at a later date, but tonight is the Putting Contest.
What: ADoA Putting Contest
Where: Start at the practice basket, -->18 Black--> Hole E-->Hole F
When: 4:30pm to 9pm
Cost: $5 - players and awards will play by divisions. Top 4 scores advance to the finals held during the SADGC awards on 8/27
How to play:
Put $5 in the envelope on the board near #1, get a group of 2 to 5 players, grab a putting contest scorecard, and start at the practice basket. Stations will be marked in paint around each basket. Start at station #1 and proceed through station #18. Make a putt at that station and you receive the # of points allocated for that particular putt. Harder putts will have a higher point value. When finished, put your group's scorecard in the marked envelope. Only 1 round allowed per player.
