The final night of Sims Monday Night Scrambles will be next Monday, 10/15/18 with a prompt 5:15 start. For the final night, we will be playing all 20 holes using the Birdie Bash format, where you will be playing for birdies or better. Scoring will go as follows:
Aces - 5 points
Birdies - 2 points
Hitting Metal on your first or second shot - 1 point
Points will only be awarded for the team score. So if both players hit metal on a shot, only 1 point will be awarded. You can also score 3 points on a hole by hitting metal on your drive, and then hitting the birdie on the next shot. Most points will win, with the tie breaker being the standard CTP to the practice basket.
Also, league champ will be awarded next week, and there will be a small payout for the top 3. Payout scale is as follows:
1st - 50%
2nd - 30%
3rd - 20%
In the case of a tie for third (which is a possibility), each will receive 10% of the pot.
Each week, $2-4 has been taken from the buy-ins to build this pot. I have not calculated the total, but should be able to update that before the league round with a post on here.
