This was the last week of league for this season. I hope everyone had a good time at the Hollows this year. We look forward to bringing you another great season next Year.
We are always open to your suggestions and hope you all will give us your ideas . This league is for you, the players and we want to bring you the highest quality disc golf that we can. I have brought in Pyrohyzer bag tags at the store to help out the players that like to trade tags in league competition . They sell for $5.00 apiece and you register them on line as part of a national tag league. Pretty cool.
Last night of league was great .There were 51 players and We had some great play on the course. Evan Cote and Jared Beaugeard took it down shooting 46's. Jared also hit an ACE on the notorious hole #18! That is a serious Ace for sure. Congrats go out to Jared. Since we didn't have any cash for the ace pot due to it being the last night of league, Jared hit 1 of the 2 CTP holes for $66.00 and Blaine Faulkner hit the other one for $66.00 not bad guys!
This Sunday we are having the league party andI hope you all can get to attend. Things will start around 2:00PM. We will be cooking burgers and hot dogs . Any other food contributions are always welcome. The more food the better. There will be awards given out for the points series for both the men and the women players. Just before dark we will get ready for the Glow Round to finish things up. I guess it should be starting by 6:30 to 7:00PM. The cost to play is $10 per player with all cash going to payouts. Bring friends if you like to the glow round.
Course clean up!!!! is scheduled for this Saturday about 8:00AM.
If you can help we could use it for sure. This will be our last chance to make our course shine before the Fall Classic as well as making sure it is in top shape for our league and the rest of the players who frequent the course.. Course Pride! See you all there .
