Firestone Park It Tournament

We are putting a "Inner City" DG tournament together to be held Sunday June 25, 2017 at Firestone Park (not the Metro Park). The address is 1480 Girard St, Akron, OH 44301. This is an all par 3 tournament, with all holes on the shorter side. We will not know the exact lengths until day of.
This tournament is in conjunction with "Open Streets", a City of Akron event being held at various spots around Akron that day. There will be several things going on in the immediate area of our tournament, but we have been given the entire park area (and a grassy island in the middle of the street) to layout our course; which is awesome. North Firestone Blvd. will be open to traffic, but many other streets in the area will all be closed.
The tournament name will be "Firestone Park It".
What I need are volunteers to set up, layout tee areas and basket locations. We have an 18 hole design already, but that could possibly change day of, a little.
We also need 18 portable baskets that day. Actually 17 because I have one.
Please let me know ASAP if you can get your hands on one to bring. Without baskets, we have no tournament. (Bill Griffith I need the tourney scoring board please). Plus we need tournament scorecards to place in scoring board. Regular scorecards also. Also, let me know if you can help ASAP. Thanks.
The tournament cannot begin until 12 noon and goes to 5:00. We would get there early (say 9:00 AM) for set up, etc.
The tournament will be presented by the Northeast Ohio Disc Golf Alliance.
We need the banner and any promotion materials brought that day.
Only putters and up to speed 5 discs will be permitted.
All registrations are $20. $10 going to a local charity, $10 to payouts.
