Excited to welcome Pure Edge Performance Training as a sponsor of 2017 Throwdown. I've been working out with Justin Shal and the trainers at Pure Edge for over a year, and I had my best competitive DG season for quite a while in 2016, due in part to the sport-specific fitness I gained at Pure Edge.
