And we’re off…Week 1 featured our best weather of the year but the wind was definitely a factor. 91 players (86 members) combined to throw 5,739 shots. Accounting for the least of those throws were Rob Buit, Eric Crandle, and Jeff England as they start the year with Hot Round honors by posting 51s. Nice work gentlemen! While those are ok Hot Round scores, the night belonged to Ken Climo…oops, I mean…Ken DeBoer as he posted a smoking hot Adjusted Score of 44 (57) narrowly beating out Sean Holton and Zach Driesenga by 0.2 throws a piece! Let’s hope the Adjusted Score curse doesn’t get Ken in week 2.
