The K'wood Chiefs will no longer be running tournaments and leagues, from this point forward, after the April Fool's Tourney, we will be focusing entirely on volunteer disc golf course clean up events. This year, the monthly Knollwood cleanup will happen every 2nd Sunday as usual, free food for everyone that helps clean up our park. Also, there will be groups accomplishing specific goals for each cleanup, volunteers are encouraged to bring any tools, wheelbarrows, or food/charcoal when possible.
I am also looking for a group to start regular cleanups at the Oshtemo Disc Golf Course, this course has suffered over the past few years and could use some real love and attention from the patrons. The event will be scheduled as soon as we have a good amount of interest shown, any help will be appreciated and hopefully we can get a regular monthly cleanup to happen just like at Knollwood.
