An updated email will be going out shortly, but there are a few changes/updates that you need to be aware of.
First, due to the risk of weather delays, we will be simplifying the layout for the event. Rather than changing pins and tees between rounds 1 and 2, both rounds will use short tees and A pin positions. This will allow for a quick transition between rounds if necessary.
Second, we are currently working on securing an indoor area for registration and payout, and if necessary, any weather delays. We will keep you posted as we find out more.
Third, should there be a weather delay in the first round, or an expected delay during the second round, the lunch break may be shortened. Please consider making lunch arrangements that do not involve traveling away from the course. We want to do everything we can to ensure we still get two full rounds played. If possible, we will also try to start sooner than 9:30 AM, so please make sure you register in time and that you attend the player's meeting at 9:00 AM.
