Tough-shot doubles format today meant:
a) when disc is thrown in the basket, that team is done with that hole. Teammate does not have to repeat the putt.
b) odd-dog throws twice each time and card opponents choose which lie to throw next. Possible exception on the putt, see above.
c) As is SAFE-D tradition, players each get a mulligan. A mulligan helps the player who is using it, not hurting that player/team. for example: When individual throws a shot they don't like, he or she may use their ONE mulligan for the game at some point to better it; if the mully attempt is better, use that and delete the prior shot. If mully attempt turns out to be worse, delete it and use the original throw. Team using mully is still subject to tough-shot as decided by card opponents.
