I just sent an initial email to all players and wait-listers. Some emails are bouncing back, so you might double-check your registration info and update your email if incorrect. Copied below is the email.
We are excited to see you at Peter Pan park at the end of the month for the Monkey Island Open!
Please make sure your PDGA membership is current by Thursday, March 23.
Pin positions will be in tournament play, and the course will be flagged and painted by Thursday, March 23. I have attached the course map and notes to this email. Please note there are 20 holes for this event. (the course notes and map are under "pictures" on the DGS About page)
I will make first-round hole assignments available by Friday, March 24, by 5 PM. Please send card requests to me by noon on the same day.
Check-in is the morning of the tournament from 8 AM-8:30 AM. Tournament Central is near hole 1's tee pad. The player meeting is at 8:45 AM, and we will shotgun start at 9 AM.
