Hello Everyone,
First let me thank you for joining us in celebrating our 25th Anniversary of our ProAm Jam & Campout!!! We are excited to host this event back at the Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort (formally KOA), and also Brooktrails Golf Course!
This might be a lengthy email, but PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH and I will try to provide answers to some of the questions I have been receiving about the event and the Check in process.
Upon check in, we will do our best to do temperature scans, and it will be helpful if you have a vaccination card available. To ensure the safety of us all, please practice social distancing as much as possible and respect those around you by being responsible with your health.
Donation requests:
There are still things that we need for the event, if you are willing, please bring brand new water jugs, bottled water, and bags of ice to donate to the event. Your support is greatly appreciated!
And if you have anything that you can Donate to the Raffle, that would be AWESOME!!!
Arrival and Check In:
Parking:
PLEASE CARPOOL TO THIS EVENT
There is limited parking available at the campground! If you are not camping, or you have multiple cars for shared campsites, there will be overflow parking provided, but if you can please carpool for camping, that would be great. And if you staying offsite, please coordinate shared rides in from houses or hotels in the area.
Friday Arrival:
Please check in with Tournament staff between 1pm and 8pm at the Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort located at 1600 Highway 20, Willits CA 95490
Tournament staff or volunteers will be located just outside of the main office at the check in table. If you are camping, your camping check in will be separate and located inside the main camping office located just before the security gate of the property.
If you arrive after hours, and you are camping, there will be late check in envelopes with your name on it, and your event VIP wristbands will be included in your envelopes.
Saturday Arrival (Event Kickoff Meeting is at 7:00 am SHARP):
If you are not camping Friday night, and you arrive on Saturday morning, there will be a volunteer staff at the gate to check you in, and you will need to head straight back to Tournament Central, which will be located near hole #2 on the Mendocino Redwoods RV course.

- Group B will be comprised of MA2, MA3, MA40, MA50, FA1, FA2, FA40 (max of 4 players per card)

Check in upon arrival at the main office before you enter the campground. There will be a Volunteer at the front of the office to give you a tournament wristband and do the player checkin.
If you are playing in the event, or if you are camping at the venue, your day use fees are included in either your event registration or your camping registration. However, If you are not playing in the event, or if you bring a caddy, you will need to pay the day use fee for any non player. This is a private event, and the venue is closed to outside traffic and spectators. The only exceptions will be volunteers, staff, or campers. Volunteers need to preregister with TD, Shaun Siler.
If you are camping, once you are settled in your campsite, please come by the clubhouse in the rear of the property by the disc golf course, tournament staff will be able to provide your player packs, and we will have raffle tickets and merchandise for sale in the clubhouse!
Check with Tournament staff for Practice Round times, and special activities (Possible Glow and/or Mini Round). Optional, no registration required, Rolling start times, will not count towards tournament score.

We are only doing Digital scoring for this event...
There will be backup cards available at the Player Kickoff for you to use as a backup, but you and your card are responsible to ensure that at the end of your round, the PDGA scoring is up do date in the app and completely submitted.
