New business: Don't forget Aces Wild and Don't forget next week is the last week and it is double points night!

Now for week 7. I was not in town but Nolan and Matt helped out and took care of things. Nolan just sent me the results and they have now been posted. It sounds like sunlight was lacking with the round and it was decided that league will start at 5.30 for the final week.

Looks like scores were close in the advanced division with Paul extending his lead. Looks like the beginner division really grew this week and Josh came back to take the win. Looking like we might have two beginners that might have to think about moving up after shooting under par.

Sounds like it might have been too dark for a CTP so maybe next week we will do something during the round so that we are not worried about getting something done after the round. Also sounds like we still owe Matt for his Ace.

I don't have many more updates other than that. I will be getting back into Milwaukee late this evening and will be out at the course around 11am tomorrow with Mike H setting up the alternate tees for the Aces Wild. Hope to see all of you out there!

Well, the weather held off. It was a windy night at week five but no rain so that was a bonus. Sorry to those of you that showed up between 5.45 and 6pm. We started early this week but no one was penalized for being late. From here on out we will tee off at least by 5.45. It might start to get earlier as weeks go on.

Advanced saw another tie this week with Paul pulling off the win two weeks in a row. Good work Paul. Beginners had our normal three players and they all played strong with Josh coming in with a +4 to win. Open saw a changing a top the leader board with Mike busting out a solid -10 in the wind. Great work everyone.

It was nice to see everyone at league this week. I will be there next week for 2 disc night as well and then I will be on the road again for the following week.

Don't forget, on your holes at 5.45 and 2 discs.

Hopefully everyone is still having fun at league these days. Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight. I will be at league tonight (I know, you would rather have the boss there 'Terry') but instead I will be back at league cheering you guys on.

Looks like the scores are getting better and better out there! Great work everyone. The pro division is going to be one of our largest divisions next year if these scores keep getting better.

Week 6 was two disc night and we saw a lot of personal best scores.

We went out by division tonight and Casey came out with the Open division. She wasn't thrilled about it at first but I think after the first hole when I hit the first tree off the pad and I think she about fell over laughing she was good to go. She relaxed after watching me smack a tree on my first shot. Casey pulled in her best round by 5 strokes and has shown huge improvement since she started disc golfing in May. Great work!!! Keep up the practice and in no time you will be shooting under par. After hitting the first tree I was able to salvage a par and ended up beating Joel for my first league round in as long as I can remember, thank you Joel for missing a couple 7 footers to allow me to win.

The advanced division once again saw some personal bests. Tim Schmidt came in with his hottest round of the session shooting a -13, yes that is better than everyone else that was at league tonight. Great work, maybe you should only use those two discs the rest of the league. Paul came in again with another hot round, looking forward to him moving up and playing open with Joel and I. Nolan was able to shoot another consistent round which rounds out the top 3.

The beginner division saw the winner shooting his hottest round. Pete broke the par barrier and shot a -1. We have been working with him keeping his disc level and not spilling his top shelf adult beverages... I think this week he must have kept that disc really level. Great work!!!

Matt Klowak showed us all how to get a hole in 1. He was able to bust out an almost blind ace on hole 3. The sun was just at the horizon and I am not sure if he could even see the basket but we all heard the chains ring when he slammed home his ace. Great work, should have saved it for the Aces Wild but he did make $18. Don't forget to get it from Nolan.

Next week will be one round off of normal tees and one round off of alternate tees. Nolan has offered to run league for me in my absence. I will be in Raleigh, NC for work but will be back for double points night.

Don't forget, league starts at 5.45 sharp.

Sorry for the delay guys. I take full blame for taking so long to get the scores posted from last week. I tell ya - you guys don't know how good you have it with Dane:)

However, Dane will still not be around tonight so I'll be out there to help run the show in his absence. We will still shoot for a 6pm start tonight but we'll have to keep things moving to finish in the daylight.

Hello ladies and gentleman... Hope you guys are all having a good week. I am working hard but still enjoying the Nation's Capital. I will miss you guys tomorrow night.

With that said, this is a reminder to both the players and to Terry. Tomorrow night is alternate tee-pads for 9 of the holes. If Terry does not have time to get that set up, don't worry about it play two rounds off of normal and we will take two weeks later in the session when I am back to play alternate tees. I am not sure what he will or will not have time for.

Due to the heavy storms last week I was not able to do payouts so make sure you get your payouts from Terry. I also did not do CTP's last week so remind Terry I did that.

Have fun, this might be the last week of starting at 6pm. We might have to bump up the start time to 5.30 or 5.45 next week.

Week 2 started out as a good week. We had a good turnout for a bad weather forecast. Today brought three new people out to the course, thank you for coming out.

The rain and wind came in for the last 4 holes and then held up a little. But then there was a playoff that finished as the high winds and rain fell upon us.

This week saw a tight battle in the Beginner division. With a couple tips Pete pulled out a good round of +7 to beat Casey by 2 and Bonnie by 3. What a tight day for the beginners. Great work!

The advanced division brought in the best scores of the whole night! Matt Atherton found himself in a tie for first again, this time with Paul at -13, YES I SAID -13!!!! Jim came in with another hot round in the advanced division shooting a -10.

The open division fell to Mike who shot a -12.

Oh yeah, there were two aces hit tonight. One ace was hit by Joe in warm ups, sorry no money. Then Paul slammed chains and it stuck during the round to help him get to the -13. Congrats Paul!

Ok, don't forget that next week is alternate tees night, 9/11 is Spassland after Dark and the following week is double points night. Terry will be running league for the next two weeks because I will be in Washington DC.
