Play for points to become the league champion. Playing for fun always welcome too. Do not have to pay into the league to play along for fun.
Points are awarded for:
1 point for showing up.
1 point for every person(team) you score better than that week.
1 point for an outright win.
1 point for first ace of season. 2 points for second ace and so on.
3 points for being outright player of the month. Person who scores the most points in a month.
Bonus points are awarded at end of season. 5 points for not missing a week.
4 points for 1 week. 3 for 2. 2 for 3. 1 for 4. Bonus points do not add to monthly total.
We play handicap singles and teams.
Teams will be the month of July. No handicaps.
Singles are handicapped. Handicaps are figured as follows.
Your handicap is based on your score to par.
If you score 3 over every week your handicap would be 3 under.
After 5 weeks I remove your highest score.
After 10 weeks I remove your 2 highest scores and your lowest score.
After 15 weeks I remove your 3 highest scores and your 2 lowest scores.
After 20 weeks I remove your 4 highest scores and your 3 lowest scores.
Top 10 in points are awarded trophies.
We have a $1.00 rolling ace pot each week. Each ace pot taps out at $50.00. Up to 3 ace pots.
If over $150.00 in ace pot extra money gets put into trophy fund.
We have a $1.00 ctp every week. 2 holes divide the ctp money each week. If an odd amount of money then the lower number hole gets the extra $1.00.
We also have a $5.00 raw score for mainly ams. If you're a good adv. player or pro(based on handicap) then you will be in your own division. Top 1/3rd gets paid out.
Donations to the course are greatly appreciated. You can find a beautiful donation box at the reader board by tee pad 3.
