Brian, I suppose you are refering to the tournament moves correct?

All,

we would like to move baskets by committee this year. Who can lend a hand in between rounds to move a basket? The plan is to have people finish on the hole they'll move. I volunteered to take the farthest holes (i.e. 11/12) from the bottom. I text some folks last night and haven't heard back from anyone yet.....

Also does anyone know how to contact the wood gnomes that have been working on 17? I'd like to record their hours and see how big of a hammer they used to do that work.

sweet design, shrink the basket to look more like a real hole, i've been doodling some simple graphics myself. with regards to the cecil course, do they need help with tees? if so, lets roll over there in masse and help. that's a win win for everyone.

I know w had been throwing ideas around for a logo for the club and one of the youth group kids is a pretty good artist so I asked he to see what she could come up with. Here's her idea... http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1783977&l=f491b892fa&id=1369056574

Oh I agree with ya about more in Harford, just thought it was cool they got one in there so if we we want a change of scene once and a while its there. The post said the baskets were in the ground already. It was a lack of tees that had yet to be established.

Yep, I understand that Josh. Thanx for replying.

We are working on the paperwork to formally start the club and will provide the paperwork to Mr. Bertheny after everything is final. I'm coming out for dubs tonite so we can chat about it than. We aren't concerned with the volunteering stuff at this point; however, I know we'll need Hold Harmless Agreements (or something like that) to work (well we should have them anyway). Mr. Bertheny didn't really seem too concerned about the waivers, although we all agree they are worthwhile. Stay tuned, more to follow.

We are still working with Parks and Rec to get answers on what the club/volunteers would be offically allowed to do (legally, safety issues, ect.)

Not sure if anyone checks these post or not. If so, we are moving forward with a club. I drafted some Bylaws and sent them along to Don to review. Steve, if you read this, call me so I can email them to you. Once we get the barebones bylaws down we'll hold a meeting so we can discuss if they meet the objectives of the group and add/delete them to fit our goals. Stay tuned.

discussion moved, thanx for the hyperlink. seriously, no worries on the tag, i'm like you and don't have an issue with taking a lower number. maintenance day would be great. I want to talk to Jeff about forming an official club and being formally recognized by the county. The course is getting busy and we just need to keep people coming; however, with that comes more problems that only the county can support.

13 Jun sounds good, I'll clear it with the wife. What time? I ... more

Brian, the 13th of June would be a good day for me to do maintenance on the course. Let's see if we can get others to join us after we get approval from the appropriate people.

I'm starting to think an official club would be a good idea to get things rolling a little faster.
