Oh I agree with you Brian, we never told him no. On the MD board he scheduled a bunch of dates that conflicted with other events and club activities throughout the state that ruffled a few feathers. But he has recently changed it to Lake Montebello only events.
I do think it would be common courtesy to at least let the local club of a course know that you want to hold an event, whether it be SHDGC or any other club.
this is not a bash against anyone or any club, just stating an opinion. If the Lake Montebello guys want to hold a Tag match at Scarboro, feel free to do so. Just try not to conflict with a club event is all I ask.
