If one ace is hit, the player receives the entire ace pot.
In the event multiple aces are scored, the ace pot will be equally divided among all aces.
In the event that no aces are hit, everyone who contributed to the ace pool will throw one drive on hole 16 and the person closest to the pin will split the ace pot 50/50 with the St. Catharines Women's Disc Golf Club.

Most tournament directors charge a $3 TD fee added onto player's entries for hosting a C-Tier event. In place of this fee, I am asking players to consider a donation to the Friends of LaFortune Group and Caledonia Disc Golf Club who maintain the park throughout the year.

More than 50 minis are available for purchase to help support our women and juniors club. Each design is unique and was hand crafted by one of our members. These will be for sale throughout the day (cash or EMT only) or can be ordered here and picked up at the event (your choice).

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Andrea Michaud is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Any refund requests after close of registration will receive 50% of their entry fee (less any Disc Golf Scene fees).
Any Waitlisters that do not get into the event will receive full refunds (less any Disc Golf Scene fees).

DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
