Tournament refund / cancellation policy All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee will be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy. Summary: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the event (by Thursday, September 18, 2025). 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days prior (by Friday, October 3, 2025). 25% refund if canceled before 48 hours prior (by Thursday, October 16, 2025). No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start. Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist. Refunds will not be issued after registration closes. Two ways to withdraw: There is "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. Also you can click the "Registered Players" link in the event and a "Edit" and "Withdraw" button is there. There will be no refunds issued after registration is closed. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
