Caddies

I know a few of you are looking for a statement regarding if caddies are permitted at the event. I appreciate your patience in allowing us to get to a place where we can more accurately give you some details based on registration and such.

Knowing that we are dealing with some additional restrictions due to COVID this year, we are trying to do our best to continue to offer events. Part of those restrictions is the number of people we can have at the event (including event staff for the day). We are going to ask that for the Washtenaw County Open that only players participating in the event are present.

We understand that in normal times this would not be an issue, but since we are not dealing with normal times, we are asking for you cooperation in that decision and work with us so we can continue to work with the parks and offer future events.

Event Day:

As far as check-in and so forth, we WILL NOT have an in-person player meeting. A virtual player meeting video will be posted later in the week with the same information that is normally presented in the player meeting. Please look for that video on Wednesday evening or possibly Thursday afternoon at the latest.

We will be utilizing online/digital scoring. Access code for the event will be provided on the morning of the event when you check-in for the day.
