In consideration for the opportunity to participate in this event, I hereby release all participating groups and persons, including persons connected to this event, all elected and appointed officials, and employees and volunteers of Wacky Wednesday III from any and all liability for any injury or damages whatsoever arising from any participation in this event. I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. I hereby certify that I have read this document and understand and agree to its content.
806.03 Casual Area
A casual area is casual water, or any area specifically designated as a casual area by the Director before the round. Casual water is any body of water that is in-bounds, and has not been explicitly declared by the Director to be in play.
To obtain relief from a casual area, the player's lie may be relocated to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief (unless greater casual relief is announced by the Director).
Players Pack for AM's. 2 random quality discs, 1 raffle ticket for bulleye gateway basket, 1 sticker, 1 tournament towel
Pick up after 1st round on way to lunch. Snack Shop is open ( food and drink available )

Plenty of space for practice. extra practice baskets will be set up in open area after 18.
Please practice socail distancing : 6 feet , mask wearing with in Tournament Central Area, sanatize.
Please clear basket after you make putt, do not touch other players disc, bags, etc.
Paper and pencil scorekeeping.
When in doubt, take a pic , throw provisional.

I wanted to be moved form AM 50 to Novice but could not see in the email where to do it. I called both of you guys but reached your voice mail. So before Novice division filled up, I registered again for the tournament and requested a refund for AM 50. I just did not want to wait from 8:30 (where my friend and ride is playing) to 10:30 for AM 50. Thank you.

PDGA C Tier ( non pdga members pay $ 10 extra ) Please join !
PRO COST $ 55 $ 200 added cash ( Sweet Freaks Candy Shop added the cash )
AM COST $ 45 AM players pack will be 2 quality random discs and tournament towel.
Flex Start/Tee Times starting at 830 am. (NOV, REC, INT, ADV, MA50, PRO )
Assuming 60 players : (last year we had 41 )
2 ½ hour round expected; 2nd Round tee times start approx. 1 ½ after first round finish.
Electronic Scoring Preferred (more info to follow )
2 Rounds of 18-22 holes
Covid 19 requirements by PD and IL and PDGA have to be followed.
Do not touch other’s discs/bags/ towels. Clear basket after you make putt.
Maintain 6 ft distance / wear mask when appropriate/ use sanitizer
No merch table/no ctp’s/ ace fund will roll if not hit and will be paid by paypal.
If no ace hit in all 3 events, funds will be donated to good cause.
Pros will be paid by paypal. Personalized Trophies will be mailed.
This format will most likely also be used for Labor Day Event.

This is going to be new format for organizers, any feedback is welcome, patience and understanding
that something won’t go as planned is greatly appreciated.
