In consideration for the opportunity to participate in this event, I hereby release all participating groups and persons, including persons connected to this event, all elected and appointed officials, and employees and volunteers of Wacky Wednesday III from any and all liability for any injury or damages whatsoever arising from any participation in this event. I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. 806.03 Casual Area
A casual area is casual water, or any area specifically designated as a casual area by the Director before the round. Casual water is any body of water that is in-bounds, and has not been explicitly declared by the Director to be in play.
To obtain relief from a casual area, the player's lie may be relocated to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief (unless greater casual relief is announced by the Director).
