Just wondering if you might need a scoreboard for the tournament. We have a scorecard holder that has worked well at other tournaments. Let me know if you need it, and I'll bring it on Saturday. And, we have raffle tickets if you need them too. Thanks.

Cupcake, if I remember correctly the hotels are pretty far away from the course. I can understand wanting to stay at a hotel with not knowing about what will happen with the weather. Eric and I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Marion, but I feel like that's still like 30 minutes away from the course.

im still undecided as to what to bring for lunch. thinking lettuce salad, chips, or a dessert. do we have paper products? also was thinking mini bagles and bananas for morning. any ideas of what might be needed more?

That's awesome Judy! salad and chips/dessert would be great! we are having hotdogs and potato salad donated from hoggys. breakfast idea sounds good too. we do have utensils and paper products as well: )

WOOOT!!! Kristy Moore just got us an awesome donation from work!! 25lbs of Potato Salad and a case of hot dogs and buns! Thanks to Hoggy's we will have a nice spread, plus all the snacks you ladies are bringing Less than two weeks away!!

The registration list is updated. If you ladies know anyone who is on the fence about playing please try to persuade them to pre-register here or to even text or e-mail me. It helps things run a lot smoother when everyone is already on the books ahead of time. I look forward to meeting all you lovely ladies in 2 weeks :)))

Kristy and I have just "roughly" added up all donations brought in and we have reached over $1,500 in merchandise and counting!!, and that's rounding down!! Make sure you ladies don't miss out on this and bring a friend! We will have side games, raffles, ctp's, 50/50's, prizes, some food provided, it is free but we ask you bring a dish and/or donate a dollar or two towards our charity and event fees. HEY LADIES!! I'm working on camping, the Delaware State Park has a 2 night min. stay when reserving Friday and Saturday. I am trying to reserve the loop 21-30, its where we've stayed before and its a great spot. I'm still trying to contact the parks dept. So show of hands who all thinks they are camping? Since its a two night min, some of us thought of playing some of the local courses around the area too.

Played the Delaware course Tuesday. Just want to say it's a very women friendly and fun course. Can't wait to see everyone out there on May 10th. As of yesterday there are 909 women plying the Womens Global Event. In 2012 we had 632 women.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of Kile Byington, or is anyone able to ask her if she is interested in the potluck/donating for lunch/or find out whether she's interested at all?? I was not able to find her on here or Facebook.
Also, a reminder I need disc orders by Friday. So far all I have is a wraith for Judy and a wraith for Roxanne. Anyone else interested let me know, $5 and a $2 voucher for DGU.

We need to come up with some ideas for lunch. Sharon had suggested a potluck of salads, I think this is a great idea. I generally like to keep it light between rounds. Is anyone else willing to bring something to share? Keep in mind we'll have 27 ladies :) and perhaps a few caddies to feed.

Tabatha is bringing a deli tray, Niki will be bringing the bread and condiments. Roxanne is making fruit salad, Judy some kind of salad. Mel is on the fence, but I'm sure she'll come up with something like her amazing cobbler.

I wanted to let you know that I am going to be able to donate an I Love Disc Golf Scarf, a Born to Disc Golf, Forced to Work Tote Bag, and a Teddy Bear wearing a shirt with a little Disc Golf Basket / Ace of Spades design on his shirt (all can be seen at http://discgolfden.com) - so he can be used as a juniors or ace prize. I have to give some credit to Spreadshirt (the company that prints my designs) because they are giving these to me as complimentary items. I will throw some other stuff in as well :)

Hi ladies :) just wanted to let you know that the PDGA is offering custom hot stamped discs to ladies who did not make the cut off for the player's package. The discs are starlite plastic and the molds available are a roadrunner, tern, valkyrie and wraith. Please contact me via private message if you are interested before APRIL 25th. That is the cutoff date. The cost is $5 each.
