First player from the states to enter! I'm excited to come over for the day: as long as I'm pre-registered, I'm good to arrive any time before 8:15, right? I'm planning on arriving by 7:15, just want to make sure if there is any issue at the tunnel or traffic and I'm late, that 8:15 as a "worst-case scenario" is ok?

Yes. There will be a C-Tier Flex Start option as well, but yes, practice rounds are $15/round.
