Curious. If the finals are chosen to be played at a later time / date: is it up to the competitors to decided the course or does it have to be Great Seal?

So is there 2 separate tourneys? One on the 7th and one on the 28th? I'd love to play but I'm currently signed up for the Lexington open which is on the same date as the first listed date

Yes they are two separate events! You can sign up for either and both are qualifying events for the national championships.

So is this tournament limited to the first 8 person who register?

Yes it is an 8 person match play bracket. I’ll be running 2 or 3 at different courses.
Great Seal will be the default but depending on who the finalists are and where they are from, I will be willing to discuss the potential for another course being used. The only potential issue will be getting trophy discs to players.
