All aces split all day. If no ace is hit, the fund will be donated.
Half the pot will be awarded to the player who lands their disc closest to the designated hole.
Required for any registered player who does not have an annual disc golf pass.
Tournament refund / cancellation policy Maple City Disc Golf, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to October 1, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee. Players who officially request to withdraw between October 2 and October 23, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 24 and October 31, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after October 31, 2025 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Round times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
