Notes for the SPOOKER tomorrow:
Never played glow before? - bring a flashlight to help you navigate through the course. Note - no flashlights on when folks are throwing.. If you have glow discs - they're great, use a phone/camera flash to charge 'em. If not, no worries - we have glow tape that you can put right on top of the disc - works great.
Food & Beverage: I have several coolers full of beverages (adult and otherwise). I'm bringing fix'ns for Hot (ok maybe warm) Beef sandwiches, baking cookies and other goodies. Brandon is bringing a pot of chili. There's other stuff coming. We won't have electricity onsite.
First Round: I'm thinking we will take two spins around the course for the first round - once from longs, once from shorts. This should still finish with a bit of daylight (90 min) for us to eat, get the bonfire going, do the club/tag awards, etc.
Club tag awards - I'm bringing prize packages for the top 7 tag holders. Must be present to win.
Prepping for second round: We'll need a volunteer or two or three to install the lights on the baskets, mark tees and trees with glow sticks.
Second Round - 16 holes from the shorts.
We'll do any remaining payouts after the second round.
If we want more glow - the course will be ready to go!
