Name or Business will have approximately 6-8 signs printed and placed on the course and event area. Also mentioned in caddy book, at player's meeting, and during awards. Promotion through social media.

Eligible Premium sponsors will be entered into random drawing to appear on filmed MPO card first round if event is filmed again this year. TBD.

If sponsorship is received early enough, you will have the option to be on the event apparel. This will also include 10 tee signs and logos added to all digital media. You will have an opportunity to set up at the event to market or sell items(non discs). Your name or business listed in the Event Program(caddy book) and a mention at the Player's Meeting.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Flight Factory is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Cancellations will be handled in accordance with PDGA policy. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). Refunds requested after 10/17 for amateur divisions will be subject to either a 25% cash refund, or, players may receive the player pack in lieu of a refund. This is only applicable if their spot is not filled by a waitlist. Any raffle tickets or ace pot money will be refunded in full.
