Wailtlisted players pay the full tournament entry fee with no guarantee of promotion to official registration. In the event that player's held spot remains unfilled, the tournament director has the option to provide the player's pack the player would have received for having attended the event excepting therefrom the cost or nominal value of shipping. In the case of a player in a pro division whose held spot is not filled by promotion from the waitlist where there is no pro player's pack worth at least 25% of the entry fee, the tournament director will provide a 50% refund.
