Thank you to EVERYONE who came out yesterday to The Angry Leprechaun. I really appreciate your presence when we are being faced with some very challenging times in our global landscape

Thank you to members Team WC Glow and players from my local league for coming out to give a hand during setup, registration, scoring, and payouts yesterday. It is always a little hectic for TDs at the end trying to get everything scored, divisions finalized, and your payouts issued to players. You are some of the very best people I know and I appreciate you lending a hand AND playing in the event.

I also want to thank Pete Crist who helped me in understanding and facilitating the digital scoring option for you yesterday. I think this is a good thing to have accessible to players and helps in the event management side of things as well. As with anything technology related, there is a bit of a learning curve there and for those of you who utilized it yesterday, I hope you found it to be relatively easy to access and use.

We did not have any aces yesterday, and the ace pool throw off was taken by Shane Shroyer. Our 50-50 winner was Tom Chrobak.

Please let me know if there is any questions or if anything looks off. I plan to submit my TD report along with event payment on Wednesday.

Event Update:

We are still planning on hosting the event tomorrow. We understand that there have been a number of other things called off in the past few days. We are looking at the guidelines from the PDGA and are following their stance as far as if events can proceed (smaller events taking place so long as local municipalities permit them, limiting attendance, etc.). We of course will encourage all of you to limit physical contact with folks, including during registration, player meeting, scoring, awards, etc. The player meeting will be held outside (perhaps everything else as well if space/weather permits tomorrow) to further avoid the smaller confined spaces that everyone wants to avoid as much as possible.

With all that being said, we would never intentionally ask that you do anything that you are uncomfortable with, like play an event. So if you are not planning to come out tomorrow, we completely understand and hope that all is well with you and your family. Just send me a message and I will remove you from the event.

Rolling Hills has done a nice job prepping the lodge for us for tomorrow (cleaning, sanitizing/disinfecting, etc.). We will be following PDGA recommendations on as many of the things that are within our control as far as your experience at the event.

As always, please let me know if you have any questions. I do be honest in my reply and if I do not have the answer, I will do my best to find resources to provide you with the answer you seek.

Event Reminders:

1. We are looking forward to seeing you in the morning. I have been informed by the park that there will be someone collecting park entry in the morning. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your annual park tag at that time. They should not be collecting daily fees for play.

2. We should be set up to take registration at the lodge in the morning. We have cards prepared for all players at this point.

3. Please remember there is a $5 day of add-on if you do not complete payment today. That additional $5 goes back into your division payouts. Registration is open until 8pm this evening. If you are already on the list, complete the registration online...it will create a duplicate entry. I will then remove the non-paid entry, leaving you on the list, paid, and ready to check-in quick tomorrow morning.

4. If you did not get in on the Ace Pool, 50-50, etc. you can pay for those items at check in tomorrow morning.

5. If you know that you are not going to make it, please let me know so I can notify the next person on the waitlist.

6. Those on the waitlist, I would guess there might be some no-shows, but I also can not tell the future as to how many MAY or MAY NOT be available. Registration closes at 9am. I will then go down the waitlist in order of those present and fill any available spots.
