Event Update:

We are still planning on hosting the event tomorrow. We understand that there have been a number of other things called off in the past few days. We are looking at the guidelines from the PDGA and are following their stance as far as if events can proceed (smaller events taking place so long as local municipalities permit them, limiting attendance, etc.). We of course will encourage all of you to limit physical contact with folks, including during registration, player meeting, scoring, awards, etc. The player meeting will be held outside (perhaps everything else as well if space/weather permits tomorrow) to further avoid the smaller confined spaces that everyone wants to avoid as much as possible.

With all that being said, we would never intentionally ask that you do anything that you are uncomfortable with, like play an event. So if you are not planning to come out tomorrow, we completely understand and hope that all is well with you and your family. Just send me a message and I will remove you from the event.

Rolling Hills has done a nice job prepping the lodge for us for tomorrow (cleaning, sanitizing/disinfecting, etc.). We will be following PDGA recommendations on as many of the things that are within our control as far as your experience at the event.
