I just registered the 2015 event with DD. It will take place Aug. 2nd, at Firefighters again. It is a Sunday. Remeber, this is a prepay event, I am looking to fill at 72 players. If I fill early enough and there is still a demand, I will look into adding players to the course. But it is best that you sign up early to get your spot. There was an issue with UPS and the fee extra packs I purchased were not delivered yesterday and are currently sitting in a closed center. I can't get them. There will no longer be any extra player packs available day of.

what a concept eh? pr3pauing for a prepay event....and not counting on the guy being a lil nice and ordering extras. I can't believe DD did that though. I'm gonna have to call them monday and make sure they have my correct address.

yup. unless you can get there early enough sunday to snag one of the few extra packs. but there isn't many and I know otgers are going to try. it was open for over 2 months.

So now that registration is closed I will be looking to card players up in order to expedite the sing up process. For those of you I know I will do my best to out you on cards where you will have fun and be throwing with people close to your level. For those of you I don't know, which is many and I'm really happy about that, if you want to be carded with someone IN YOUR DIVISION feel free to let me know. The cards will be made up on the 13th. You have until then to let me know.

Imo 2 rounds would have made this more interesting and appealing to possibly more players, even with a players pack worrh double the reg price, its still a competitive event should be worthy of some tourny format

Damn wouldnt ya know i missed the reg deadline, guess i missed out on that quick round at ff lol..i think the objective should be to encourage those that havent been in a tournament to gain that experience in an effort to grow the sport and teach them what its all about

I realize the fun-ness of it but i have seen 2 out of 3 of these events played 2 rounds, are we coming to play this event for your convenience or everyone elses enjoyment?

if you read the flyer...it actually says one round best score wins. they gave us the kiberty to run them as we see fit. other groups went with 2 rounds. most went with 1 I know of many around the country that only played 1 round. it will remain 1 round. maybe I will take a consensus on if players wish to play 2 but as it stands...1 round.

It was my understanding that AmNo Cash was the general entry playing for Prizes only. Is there a difference in General and AM?

Nice. Up to 34 players. Maybe we can hit 40? There's gonna be a good mix of experienced, rookies, and total beginners along with old guys and young guys, and I'm very pleased to see how many women we have. I would love to see more! Really looking forward to running this and expanding the sport and the companies that treat me so well. Can't wait for what's surr to be a good day golfing!
