Aaron laguardia Can you move me to ma40 plz. Rating thing is fixed. Jun 28, 2024
Matt James Jun 28, 2024 What do you mean ‘rating thing is fixed’?
Tyler Drennan Hi Matt,
Is the course cart friendly? Really looking forward to playing it.
Jun 27, 2024
Joel Freeman Jun 27, 2024 I haven't played it for several years, but my memory tells me it's very much not cart-friendly. I'm ditching my cart for the weekend, personally.
Matt James Jun 28, 2024
Hi Tyler! The answer is sort of, but not really. You could get away with it holes 1-5, and 16-28 bu ... show more ›
Tyler Drennan Jun 28, 2024 Thanks guys
Joel Freeman I'm having trouble adding the vehicle pass without being forced to pay the 'late registration' fee. Can I purchase a pass on site? Will we also have the ability to buy into glow rounds and putting contests and what not on site? Thank you! Jun 26, 2024
Matt James Jun 27, 2024
Hi Joel, excited to have you at Solstice Soirée! I sent an email explaining the extra fee, but I wi ... show more ›
Joel Freeman Jun 27, 2024 Thank you! It will be myself, my wife, and our vehicle. We're looking forward to it!
Adam Braa I need to add a camping passenger pass to my registration. Can you do that manually so I don’t have to pay a late fee? Thank you. Jun 26, 2024
Matt James Jun 26, 2024 Hi Adam! I got you taken care of via your message.
Makon Cline Hey, are dogs allowed to camp? I couldn't find anything about dogs in the tournament info. Jun 26, 2024
Matt James Jun 26, 2024
Hi Makon! Yes dogs are allowed in the camping area as long as they are well behaved and won't distur ... show more ›

Hey there - I no longer plan to camp, and as such don't intend to have the dinner either. When I try to remove those items from my registration, it forces me to a "late registration" (even though I'm ... show more ›

John Mola Jun 19, 2024 Last Q, sorry for so many Q's -- do you know when you'll announce the layout? I want to get a practice round in but might be tight for time so don't wanna play every hole out there.
John Mola Jun 19, 2024 Your events are great!
Matt James Jun 20, 2024 Just took care of your $35 refund. The layout will be announced later tonight.
Adam Braa Hello,
I signed up for the Solstice tournament and plan on bringing a RV 23ft one slide out. Will this work to camp on the property? I did purchase a vehicle pass

Cole Grothusen I have never withdrawn from a tournament and had to deal with getting a refund before. I might have to for this one. Its written that we only get paid back if someone from waitlist fills our spot. What happens if the tournament does not completely fill up and therefore there is no waitlist? Jun 11, 2024
Matt James Jun 13, 2024
Hi Cole! No worries, that’s what I’m here for. You are correct but if you keep reading I have th ... show more ›

Matt James Jun 5, 2024 Hi Johnny! Glad to see you signed up. No biggie, the on-site camping or lodging is indeed additional. It is $15 per person for camping Saturday night and I do rent a porta-potty so there's that.
Johny Hyback Jun 7, 2024 Cool beans, can't wait to go back up there again!
michael utech Thanks! When is Saturday tee-off? Later the better for me as I have a 5 hour drive. Jun 2, 2024
Matt James Jun 4, 2024 Hi Michael! Yes this tournament is designed to start later to allow for travel like yours. Schedule is still being worked on with the ranch, but last couple years we started around 1pm.
Arthur Sacco How is it that someone that taken cash in MP40 event still allowed to play in MA40? Once you take cash aren’t you only allowed to throw as a pro? May 30, 2024

Chris "switch" Hanna What is your player cap for this event in pro...keeping my eyes on it as it grows...but would like to know the cut off before the waitlist Apr 30, 2024
Matt James Apr 30, 2024 Hi Chris! I usually shoot for about a 70/30 split, meaning an event with 70% ams, 30% pros. But I don't use caps unless it gets out of control. I let the players decide who wants to play.
John Mola Hey Matt - I was a bit confused which pass (if any?) I would need for just regular car camping (not RV). I'll update my registration as needed. Still TBD if I'll be taking own vehicle or car pooling.

Thanks for organizing!

Matt James May 1, 2024 No worries! I also just changed the verbiage on the Camping with Vehicle Pass so I hope it's more clear. ICYMI I also added an example story with passes needed at the top of these comments.
