Here is an example story with explanation of how all the passes and extra stuff works for all three PeaceJames Co tournaments at Sundance Trail.
A group of 6 friends are planning on meeting at Sundance for the tournament, driving up in two cars. Players 1, 2, 3 are playing the B-tier and all the extra fun events. Players E, F, G are not playing the PDGA B-tier, but they all plan on having a fun weekend camping in the mountains. Player G can’t walk the whole course but plans on playing the extra fun events.
- The 2 drivers need Camping with Vehicle passes
- 4 people camping who are not driving need Camping Passenger passes for each person.
- Players E & F both need a Caddy/ Spectator Course Pass to be on the course during the tournament.
- All 6 decide to order the ranch dinner and breakfast
- Only a few of the six order box lunches for Saturday, but all six ordered a Sunday box lunch for themselves.
- Player G hung out and ended up playing the mini disc golf, putting competition and accuracy challenge they pre-registered for, while the rest of the group was playing or spectating the first PDGA B-tier round.
- After the first round everyone was excited to keep playing so all 6 played the mini, accuracy and putting events. Players 1, 2, 3 already picked up their scorecard at player check-in Saturday morning. Players E & F bought their scorecard from the TD after the first round. Player G decided to buy a second extra fun events scorecard from the TD and improved their mini and accuracy scores by 5 strokes because they played it earlier.
- After breakfast Sunday morning, Players 2 & 3 decided they did not have very good putting competition scores and therefor they each bought another scorecard from the TD to improve their score but also practice for the second PDGA round on Sunday.
Purpose is that every person has their own separate registration with not only contact info for emergencies, but also everyone has access to their own food orders, Course, Camping or Lodging passes, and extra fun events registration too.
Anyone can register and play the extra fun events as many times and whenever they want. Extra fun events scorecards must be turned in by Sunday morning players meeting to count. Buy another scorecard on-site to improve your score and help donate more to charity.
Everyone on the property overnight Saturday needs to have either a camping or lodging pass with them at all times. If they have a car, their vehicle needs a vehicle pass too.
Anyone who is already registered can Edit or Modify their registration at any time before registration closes Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Food orders must be pre-ordered through their DG Scene registration.
