Here are quick things to point out, as well as the caddy book, which has all your info on the course and event.

REMEMBER! These may change due to last minute drops so check after you check in.

First, there is a chance of rain and thunderstorms tomorrow so if you hear a horn honk 3 times, that means there is a weather delay. Mark your lies, head to your cars and we will go back out when it is safe.

Second, it's been reported that bug season is in full swing. Please be sure to bring bug spray or bug repellent.

Lastly, be sure to check the caddy book as I have added images for certain holes as they are playing non-typical. Holes 3, 4, 8 specifically and then holes 11-14 have marked OBs.

Hole assignments are posted, please see me before you head to your starting hole so I can check you in and mark you present.

IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT, PLEASE TELL ME BEFORE THE EVENT!!
An email or a Facebook message would be sincerely appreciated so I can make adjustments beforehand and not at the last second.

Hello all,

Here is the caddy book for this Saturday's event at Rampart Disc Golf course. One thing I want to correct is that the auto generated email from DiscGolfScene had the schedule down incorrectly.

Check in is going to be from 7am to 8am, and then the round will start at 8:15am. Please make sure you are there on time.

I'll be sending out the players email later this week and will hopefully have the course flagged and ready to go Thursday night.

If you are interested, the PPFDC group will be hosting a doubles on Friday night at 530, and you can practice the layout. The course is already set up in its positions, so what you get for this week is what you'll get Saturday.

Hole 8 will play from the end of the sidewalk. If you go to 8s tee sign, look left (south), you'll see a walking path and the sidewalk ends. From that sidewalk is where you will tee.

Course OBs:
Ditch and beyond OB
Sidewalk and beyond OB
Yield to any pedestrians as they have right of way
There will be a flag line running along the north side of the park (holes 11 - 14) that indicate where the OB line is. Flag line and beyond will be OB.

Hole 8 no OB unless inside the ditch off to the right.
Hole 9 walking path left and beyond is OB. This will not be flagged so if it is close, give the player the benefit. If it is in the middle of the path, they are out, play where last in bounds with one stroke penalty.

Howdy folks! Just wanted to let everyone know that I made a modification to the schedule. We are going to play both rounds back to back, and then we will do the putting and distance competition after the event.

Last year, it was a bit cramped trying to get everyone in through everything in that short window so we are going to let it breathe a bit. Thanks!
